At Parkway, our Outreach Committee is busy year-round finding and preparing opportunities for the church to serve its community and throughout the world.

Monthly Outreach Efforts

Our church family serves meals at Broward Outreach Center and our children make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to distribute to the homeless population served by Lifenet4Families.

Our children’s ministry also partners with World Vision to sponsor and support a child in Haiti.

Supply Drives

Each year, we have four main supply drives:

Early Spring: The Parkway Campus (preschool and church) collect women’s clothing in good condition and donate to the Sheridan House Single Mother’s Ministry.

Spring: The church collects toiletries to donate Hope Totes to the Broward Outreach Center for the homeless.

Fall: The Parkway Campus (schools and church) collect non-perishable foods and household items for the Western High School Harvest Drive.

Winter: We distribute angel tags representing children in Broward who need some help at Christmastime.  Our church members donate needed and wanted gifts and the Salvation Army distributes the gifts to those children in need.

Other Organizations Parkway Supports:

The Retreat at Silver Springs (Christian Church in Florida Camp)

Women in Distress

ARC Broward

Smile Train

Our children make an average of 250 PB&J sandwiches that are distributed to the homeless
