This has been an interesting last couple of years for Parkway and our wider society. I would love to be your pastor. Parkway Christian Church has re-launched live worship and we continue to provide virtual worship on our Facebook page. Come and check us out. We begin worship at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.

 

My wife Ruth and I have been married for 39 years. We have an adult son John who resides in Indiana with his wife Elena and their 5-year-old son Bennie and year old grandson Antonio. We both love being grandparents. God has blessed us with varied ministries following graduation from Lexington Theological Seminary.  We served as missionaries in Venezuela and Haiti. During this period, we worked with our partner churches to start 7 churches and began two theological education programs.

 

We returned from the mission field in 2002 where I join the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)’s New Church Ministry Team which was charged with starting 1,000 churches in 20 years. A goal that was accomplished one year ahead of schedule. I served on this team from 2003 to 2016.

 

From 2016 to the present I have served local churches in Indiana, Arkansas, and Florida. Ruth and I have enjoyed our time here in South Florida. We love the diversity of the community and the church. We have supported one another in this challenging time for our country. If you are looking for a church home come on by for worship or join one of our life groups.
